Cancer Info for African-American Women

As stated in a previous post, Pi Mu Omega has partnered with the Cancer Institute of NJ and the Rancocas Valley Chapter of the Links, Inc. to support the Willingboro Meeting of Sister Will You Help Me, a breast cancer support group for women of color and faith. This groups meets the first Thursday of every month.

However, in the meantime, there is an article in the May 2007 edition of Essence magazine (with Holly Robinson Peete on the cover) entitled, "The Black Women's Guide to Cancer: How to Protect Yourself." It can be found on pages 129 - 136.
